Presence Coaching was developed to provide one-on-one coaching, tools, information and support to help you become more present in your everyday life. It was designed for individuals living in Western society who are looking for easy and practical ways to alleviate thought-inflicted suffering by learning how to enjoy life in the “here and now.”
Taught over the course of 4 weeks, Presence Coaching consists of 4 modules that last 60-75 minutes. During that time, you will work with a Presence Coach to learn about what it means to be present, assess your personal barriers and challenges to staying present, and implement exercises, tools and feedback that will help shape your life-long mindfulness practice.
